9. Are
revisions and redraws the same thing? If not whats the difference?
Revisions and redraws are not the same. A revision is a change or
changes made to the initial logo design concept you chose. Changes
include: color, layout, some graphic elements, fonts and text, etc. A
redraw means starting a design from scratch based on the information you
provide to us. See our logo design packages
for details
10. Is
there a difference between your money back guarantee and satisfaction
guarantee?
Yes. We only offer a 100% money back guarantee on our $99 intro
package. Which means that if for any reason you are dissatisfied with
our logo design concept, before any revisions are made, and you do not
wish to either purchase more revisions or upgrade to another package. We
will give you a full refund, no questions asked. Once additional
revisions are made under this plan or if you elect to upgrade to another
plan. We will no longer be able to offer a full refund.
Our
satisfaction guarantee offer covers all of our packages that include
unlimited revisions, meaning we will keep working on one of the logo
design concepts until you are completely satisfied.
11. How
long do I have to ask for a refund?
We must be notified within 7 calendar days of your receipt of the
initial logo design concepts. Any request for a refund after 7 calendars
days, will not be granted. See our logo design
packages for details
